2. Scope of Services

First LS provides logistics coordination and operational support services. We act as a coordinator between clients and third-party carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not act as a carrier, freight forwarder of record, or principal in the transport contract. Our role is to organise, monitor, and support logistics operations on behalf of the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• ▸provide accurate and complete shipment, cargo, and contact information;
• ▸ensure that goods, packaging, and documentation comply with applicable laws;
• ▸respond promptly to requests for instructions, approvals, or missing information;
• ▸pay agreed coordination fees and pass-through costs in accordance with invoicing terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, First LS UAB shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage arising from acts or omissions of third-party carriers, customs authorities, terminals, or other independent contractors.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to coordination services shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific shipment or project giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory Lithuanian or EU law.

5. Data Protection & Confidentiality

We process personal and commercial data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR requirements. Operational data shared for coordination purposes will be handled confidentially and disclosed only to parties involved in executing the instructed logistics operation.

Clients must not use the client portal or website to submit unlawful content or data they are not authorised to share.

6. Client Portal Use

• ▸Portal credentials are personal or account-specific and must not be shared with unauthorised users.
• ▸Status information displayed in the portal is aggregated from third-party sources and is provided for operational visibility, not as a legal transport document.
• ▸We may suspend portal access in case of security concerns, non-payment, or misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, dashboards, reports, and coordination materials remain the intellectual property of First LS UAB or its licensors. Clients receive a limited right to use delivered materials for their internal business purposes only.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Courts of Vilnius shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer or commercial protections under EU law.
